I have long felt that it doesn’t matter what someone is wearing. Or what make up they have on. I have felt that if I can get someone in a confident space. Or hold that space for comfort and vulnerability- that is what makes the photo.
This session pulls all of this together.

WHY Simply Me AND WHY ME?
My name is Gina, I am 41 and a Salt Lake City, Utah Portrait Photographer. I have been a professional photographer in Salt Lake for 10 years. I have learned several different takes on photography.. but I think this one fits me the most. I am not someone that gets dressed up alot or does my hair and make up regularly. I think because of this I have come to appreciate the nuanced beauty of what it is to be human. This sessions provides the opportunity to capture that beautifully. xoxo, Gina
MORE ABOUT THE Simply Me EXPERIENCE
Session length: 90 minutes
I provide some guidelines on outfits to bring. But basically it is show up and be you.
We select the photos right after your shoot. They are black and white photos with no photoshop.
Session is $400 and it includes $400 print credit.
WHO CAN TAKE PART IN THE EXPERIENCE?
Anyone.
Imagine having a series of photos of a parent or grandparent after they have passed. Ones that show their smiles and laughter.
Kids! Finally a photo session where a kid can be a kid and show their personality.
You. How often do you let yourself really laugh? What about having a picture of that laugh?
