WHAT DOES THE $400 INCLUDE?
As one of my ‘LEGACY’ sessions you will receive:
CONSULTATION: To discuss how YOUR loved one would like to be photographed including hair/makeup, wardrobe & styling.
WARDROBE STYLING CONSULTATION & FULL ACCESS TO OUR STYLE CLOSET - We have several pieces available to borrow. Or depending on the goal of the shoot maybe they just want to wear their own clothes. Either way I guarantee you will have a beautiful image.
PORTRAIT SESSION - Your place or my studio.
SAFE and APPROACHABLE - I have photographed clients in wheelchairs, hospital beds and handled numerous needs during a session. We can work around most any medical need.
IMAGE REVEAL SESSION: Where you see your images at the studio & select your gifted image/order your favorites 14-21 days after your photo shoot.
PORTRAIT OF YOUR CHOICE: You will receive one fine art matted portrait with matching high res digital image.(a $250 value). Additional photographs and products available for purchase.
THE NEXT 3 clients to sign up will receive a complementary ~15 min video interview of their loved one. ($500 value) AND a 7x10 retouched print and digital ($250 value)

My name is Gina, I am 41 and a Salt Lake City, Utah Portrait Photographer. I can tell you without a doubt some of my most favorite photos I treasure are of my grandparents and don’t tell anyone- but these are without a doubt my favorite sessions to offer.
It is so incredible to offer your parent or grandparent a day to feel special with a portrait experience customized to fit their needs and capture their legacy. And while we offer some fun perks of hair, make up and wardrobe- please know that they are not required. The goal is to capture memories forever in a way that fits your family.

The Akoma Studios experience is unlike a typical photo session. We laugh, we have cried, we have danced and we have loved. But most importantly it is catered to you. How you want to be photographed, at your speed for your needs.
While we love giving a celebrity magazine style portrait experience- think about how you want to be captured? Do you want to get dressed up? Or maybe just be you? In a previous photoshoot I photographed a previous client on his 1953 tractor.
Our sessions are about so much more than just "taking pretty pictures." Our hope is for you to take a moment to recognize that long lost beauty and charm. To remember how it feels to laugh as though no one is watching.
