I tried doing highly curated photos. With makeup and wardrobe.

But I saw more than those surface things in the photo sessions.

I saw moments of truth in humanity.

Bright times where the light shined through.

Times where wrinkles and movement meant more than name brands.

I knew people recalled their sessions as a time of confidence.

But I did not want them to compare themselves to that near impossible perfection standard we set in the photo.

I want you to know you are beautiful as you are. Worthy as you are….
